Directions for Use

Diffuser or Burner:
Add 5 to 8 drops of essential oil into 100ml of water and let the aroma diffuse into the air.

For Massage:
Add 3 to 5 drops into 10ml of carrier oil. Massage gently onto skin to relax the body.

Skincare:
Add 1 to 2 drops into your moisturiser or carrier oil. Helps improve skin appearance and balance oil.

Bath:
Add a few drops into warm bath water (mix with carrier oil or bath salt) for a relaxing floral soak.
