- Diffuser or burner: add 5 to 8 drops of essential oil into the 100ml purified water & let the aroma diffuse into air.
- For massage : add 3 to 5 drops in 10ml massage oil. Gentle massage into sore muscles to calm the pain and ease tension
- Skincare: add 1 to 2 drops of carrier oil or moisturizer. Help with irritated and skin imperfection. Alternately, add a few drops to an Epsom salt bath for great relaxation
