Directions for Use
- Apply directly. Warm the oil up beforehand, so it's easier to apply to hair, nourishing skin & body
- For haircare : Drop a few drops of coconut oil (about 3–5 drops) to a dollop of your hair shampoo or conditioner before use
- For massage : add 3 to 5 drops essential oil in 10ml coconut oil. Gentle massage into sore muscles to calm the pain and ease tension
- Skincare: add 1 to 2 drops of coconut oil to moisturizer. Help with irritated and skin imperfection
